Dear Friend,
I am David Au, a 1946 baby boomer.... enjoying the young man's stamina yet with a baby boomer's experience and wisdow.
I always keep myself busy physically and mentally in the pursuit of a new path in the forthcoming retirement years breaking away from the conventional and routine.
My cup of tea will be an ebusiness at the comfort zone of my own house. This online business is selling other people's stuff ... e.g., computer hardware and software from companies such as DELL, HP, TigerDirect, etc ..... The other stuff which I sell include books, video games, etc ........and finally the ad space in my own websites .
In 1990 being a middle class, middle management guy in areas of logistics, sales, marketing and human resources management (Abbott, Squibb, Ciba-Geigy), I left Hong Kong and immigrated to Ontario Canada starting all over again from square one. During the years in Canada I have worked on different jobs from office administrator to PC Shop owner; computer sales executive to life insurance broker ... the list goes on.
Now as a part time webmaster, I like my job. It is simply something I enjoy working at the comfort of my home over looking a panoramic view of the busy city with the CN Tower highlighting the gorgeous skyline of the waterfront of this mega city Toronto.
At this moment of writing, I am thinking of my ebusiness in the next five years. I have already established the ground work for this home based business.
It is steadily growing each day as I pick up more know how. For sure, this business will become my main stream of income even in the time when I would be "officially retired" Isn’t it nice? To find out more about my business and websites:
